Sunday Gathering Mail Club
You will be charged on the day you sign up and on that same date each month.
Sign-up deadline is the 25th of each month. For example: Sign up by May 25th to recieve June envelope. Sign up by June 25th to recieve July envelope.
You will receive a shipping notification by email. US delivery typically takes 3–7 days.
To keep membership affordable, envelopes are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
You can cancel at anytime using the customer portal below.
Each painting begins with what is ripe. The fig in September. The blood orange in January. The first strawberries of April.
The envelope follows the season.
Once a month, that envelope lands in your mailbox. Inside is a signed oil pastel print of that month's seasonal produce — painted by hand, printed on fine art paper — alongside a recipe card to cook from that evening. Simple. Slow. Yours.

Sign up by the 25th of the month and your first envelope ships that same month . Sign up after the 25th and your first envelope ships the following month.
For example: Sing up by May 25th to recieve June envelope, sign up by June 25th to recieve July envelope etc.

Envelopes ship during the first week of every month. You will receive a shipping notification by email when yours is on its way!

You are billed on the same date you originally subscribed, every month. Example: subscribe on the 10th and you will be billed on the 10th of every following month until you cancel.

No. To keep the club at $9 a month, envelopes are sent via USPS First Class letter rate with a stamp — just like real mail. This means no tracking number. US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your shipping notification.
Good news, USPS does offer Informed Delivery for all your mail. This means you get an email notification for when any of your mail is delivered.

Please allow up to 14 days from your shipping notification before reaching out. USPS occasionally takes its time and most late envelopes turn up within that window. If nothing has arrived after 14 days, contact us at natalie@sundaygatheringstudio.com and we will make it right.

Our website platform does not allow you to pause or skip a month BUT you are able to cancel your membership at anytime. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the following month, please cancel before your next billing date.

Update your address in your customer account portal before the 25th of the month to ensure your next envelope goes to the right place. Go to Mange My Membership button linked above. If you need help, email us and we will take care of it.
